Have you ever wondered ... why the store (e.g., Home Depot) or rather the Paint company, does not use basic three (3) color element for the paints?

Here is what I have:

1) LAMP black - 7 units of "48" (1/2 oz I suppose)

2) Red Oxide - 8 oz and 30 of "48"

3) White - 7 of "48"

4) Raw Umber - 3 oz and 4 of "48" plus a drop 0f "96"

There are twelve so-callled "colorants" used with computer-aided dispenser to put out the color paints.
