Z 世代/generation 悄悄地掀起一场「安静离职」的风潮，其实不同的市调认为这样的现象，大多数是基于职场中，经理人的领导不当，相较于中国先前的 “躺平“现象，有着基本上的差异；
“躺平”是对于大环境内卷严重畸形，没有出路，看不到升迁的希望，或产生一种近乎绝望似的抗议？！
