Say,大約600封電子郵件。
Saw an article about a director whose way of handling e-mails:

我會立即把它們分為4類。
第一類郵件是需要我轉發給其他人的；
第二類是其他人提供給我的資訊，我提出指導意見後再轉發給其他人；
第三類是可以晚些時候在飛機上(or dinner? or taxi? or train?) 閱讀的；
最後一類則需要我立即回復。

小伙子，你知道金子與沙子的區別了嗎？

(沙子與金子)

　　有一個才畢業不久的大學生，他總認為工作能力很強，但應聘了很多公司都失敗了，因為他要求太高了，公司滿足不了。一天他很落魄的時候碰到一個老頭，老頭的白胡子很長了，他看到這個大學生，于是從地上撿起一粒沙子，問大學生“這是什么？”大學生以為老頭子有神經病，沒好氣的說：“你老昏了，連沙子也認不得？”老頭子笑呵呵的把沙子又扔到地上，讓大學生去把剛才的沙子撿回來，但是學生說“都是沙子，我怎么認得？”老頭子又從包里掏出一粒金子，然后扔到沙地上，叫大學一個生把那扔的金子撿回來，大學生一下就在沙地上撿出了金子。

　　老頭子意味深長地說：“小伙子，你知道金子與沙子的區別了嗎？”

VRRP HSRP

Which one does or does not send out hellos?

The Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) feature can solve the static configuration problem. VRRP enables a group of routers to form a single virtual router. The LAN clients can then be configured with the virtual router as their default gateway. The virtual router, representing a group of routers, is also known as a VRRP group.

Once setup, you can see that virtual IP is on both sides of the routers.
